  1. Ownership
    Use of the Khel ka jadu name and any other names or marks associated with the Platform, Services, or Software is strictly prohibited unless it is used with the express written permission of the Company. The Platform, Services, and Software, including its code, documentation, appearance, structure and organization, are an exclusive product of the Company, which retains all rights, tangible and intangible, to the Khel Ka Jadoo App, the Games therein, the Software, Code, Copies, Modifications, or Merged Parts.
